How to Use

  1. Apply up to 3 pumps of the Genova Cleansing Gel to the required bristle area on the Genova Personal.
  2. Press the centre button once on the Genova Personal to turn the device on.
  3. Select your preferred cleaning intensity by pressing either the “+” button or “-“button (up to 15 levels of intensity). The device is set to the mid-range level upon start up, with 7 levels lower and 7 levels higher being available.
  4. Press the centre button to turn the device off at any time.

We advise to use the Genova Personal for approximately 1 minute in a cleansing session.

Ideally, you will apply the Genova Personal to your forehead for 20 seconds, cheeks for 20 seconds and nose/chin area for 20 seconds.

We suggest that you use the Genova Personal twice daily (morning and night).

Charging the Genova Personal

The Genova Personal is rechargeable using the included USB charging cable.

Insert the USB cable end into a power connector.

Lift the silicone plug on the back of the Genova Personal and insert the pin end of the cable into the device.

Turn the power on at the source. The device’s LED indicator will flash repeatedly to indicate that the battery is charging. When the battery is fully charged, the LED light will become steady.
