Gently hold the base of the Ion Applicator with your palm of one hand and apply the head of the Applicator to the desired area of skin
The applicator will turn on once it is in contact with your skin and the applied skincare product. In case of insufficient contact with the skin, simply place your index finger at the top back of the Applicator’s head to ensure a better connection.

The alkaline battery may need replacing. Twist the head of the applicator anti-clockwise to remove it from the main body. Replace the battery with a new alkaline battery and reassemble. We recommend using alkaline batteries only.
The vibration feels weaker than usual.
This typically indicates the battery is running low. Replace the alkaline battery using the steps above. A fresh battery should restore full vibration strength.
I'm not noticing improved product absorption.
