If you are not completely happy with your purchase, please return your unopened goods to Genova Australia within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.

Guide to Returning Products
1. All items must be received by us in the same condition as you received them, so please pack up any returned items carefully to ensure that they arrive safely. Please note you will need to cover shipping charges on returned goods unless the item(s) are being returned as a result of an error on behalf of Genova.

2. Complete our returns form and enclose with returned items. Make sure all the items you want to return are listed on the form.
